How to loose weight

Many people try to loose weight, and spend a lot of money, time and energy to reach that goal.
But if loosing weight is a problem, staying thin is the real challenge.
In fact, most people know what they should do to loose weight:
Eating healthy and practicing sport

That simple.

But knowing is something, Doing is something else

So most people are looking for external solutions:
the miracle diet
the miracle cream
the miracle solution

And they are encouraged in this way of doing by a whole industry, which profits are opposite to the results they provide

So all this is an illusion and money wasted

Most diet make loose weight in the short term, but they make gain weight in the long term

People are on diet loose a few pounds until they get fed up with these diets, and then they gain more pounds than they lost

The problem is not only the loss of money, it’s also a lack of self confidence and self estime

The solution is not external, but internal

If you want to stay thin, you have to understand your core values, and make a change in your values order.

Make a list of your most important values.

If Health is not first, then this is the reason why you are fat.
If Health is not first, then there are more important things to you than eating healthy and doing exercise:
Maybe pleasure comes before health, then why shouldn’t you eat this nice icecream?
Maybe sharing a good time comes before health, then why shouldn’t you drink that glass of alcohol?

To really stay thin in the long run, you have to put Health as your first value
Then when you have to choose between chocolate and orange, if you’re consistent with your values order, you’ll make the right decision for your health
